Congratulations to AED Group for being chosen as February Business of the Month. They have graciously donated their time and expertise for the benefit of various local organizations.

We have numerous GREAT events coming up. So get ready to mark your calendars.

On March 1, 2012, The 61st Annual Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet will take place at Coughran Hall at 6:00PM. We will recognize numerous outstanding citizens within our community. The meal will be catered by McBee’s BBQ. Tickets are on sale NOW at our chamber office.

On March 19, 2012, The Circus will be coming to town. They will be having two performances in the same day. First performance at 4:30PM and second at 7:30PM. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for children. So make sure you bring the family out for some good ol’ fashioned fun at the circus.

On March 23-24, 2012, The 2nd Annual Turn and Burn Cook- off, Dance and Team Roping will take place at the Atascosa County Showbarn. The Board of Directors has spent numerous hours of hard work and dedication to get ready for this event. Friday night we will be featuring Jake Hooker from 8PM-12AM. Saturday Night we will be featuring Tejas Sonido from 9-11PM and Roger Creager from 11PM-1AM. Cook- off entry forms are available at our chamber office or on our website. This is going to be one KICKIN’ event.
