Carrasco’s interview will air on March 18 and Briseno’s interview will air on March 25.

Both students are seniors at Poteet High School. Carrasco is ranked second in her class. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Interact Club and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. Throughout her high school career, Carrasco was a member of the Varsity Volleyball team for three years, a cheerleader for four years and a member of the track team for two years.

Briseno holds a 3.7 grade point average and is ranked fifth. He is also a member of the National Honor Society. During his high school career, Briseno was on the football team for three years, the baseball team for two years and also played tennis for four years.
