Lady Eagles to face Rockport-Fulton

Pleasanton earns third straight playoff appearance.

The Pleasanton Lady Eagles earned its third straight bid to the UIL High School Volleyball playoffs.

Pleasanton (21-13, 7-5 in Dist. 29-4A) will face the Rockport-Fulton Lady Pirates on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Beeville at Jones High School.

Pleasanton ended district play with a split including a win over Southside 3-1 (25-20, 25-23, 19-25, 25-22).

Shelby Heffernan led with 23 assists and 32 digs. Caitlin Jandt finished with 14 kills and one ace.
On Tuesday, October 20, the district champion Uvalde Lobos defeated Pleasanton 3-1 (23-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-16).

Heffernan finished with 21 digs, Jandt finished with 15 kills, Ashtian Guerra finished with 12 assists and Kelsie Wiggins finished with four blocks.
