Notice of Application for Commercial Oil & Gas Waste Disposal Well Permit

WINDERMERE ENERGY, LLC, P O BOX 1249 SAN MARCOS, TX 78667 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil or gas.

The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Wilcox formation, WE Fashing SWD Lease, well number 1-A. The City of Pleasanton is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms and/or individuals to provide surveying and GIS services. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have the necessary resources, experience, and qualifications to provide the City with quality Surveying Services for topographic and boundary surveying, engineering design surveying, construction surveying, and GIS data management for use with the Water Production and Distribution facilities as well as the City’s Sanitary Sewer Overflow Initiative (SSO). Format for delivery of surveys is to be Civil 3D 2012 or compatible; all GIS Data to be ESRI geo-database or compatible.
