Texas Education Agency Division of Career and Technical Education Poteet ISD offers career and technical education programs in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources; Architecture and Construction; Business Management, and Administration; Health Science; Hospitality and Tourism; Human Services; Information Technology; Transportation, Distribution and Logistics. Admission to these programs is based on student requests and grade level attained.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TITLE VII, CHAPTER 72, SCHEDULE I; PROVIDING A PENALTY; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

The following streets are hereby established as truck routes within the City of Pleasanton:

1. Spur 242 (parts of Commerce Street and Bensdale Road) between Texas 97 East and FM 476 (Bryant Street)

2. Texas 97 East, between east City Limits and U.S. 281 (Second Street)

3. U.S. 281 (Second Street) from north to south City Limits

4. Texas 97 West (West Oaklawn) between U.S. 281 and southwest City Limits

5. FM 476 (Bryant Street) between Texas 97 West (West Oaklawn) and northwest City Limits

6. FM 3510 (Airport Road) between FM 3350 (W. Goodwin Street) and Texas 97 West (West Oaklawn)

7. FM 1334 (Coughran Road) between U.S. 281 (Second Street) and east City Limits

The Pleasanton City Council adopted Ordinance No. 14-1114 at the Special Session of August 14, 2014. The caption of the ordinance is shown below:

ORDINANCE
NO. 14-1114

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CITY’S WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEE PROGRAMS BY INCORPORATING IMPACT FEE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND IMPACT FEE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLANS, BY ESTABLISHING THE IMPACT FEE SERVICE AREA BOUNDARIES, AND BY SETTING THE WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY. The Pleasanton City Council has found that it is in the best interest of the City to adopt the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans and Impact Fees for the City’s Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Programs, as set out in this ordinance. The ordinance is available for inspection at the City Hall during regular business hours.
