REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS (RFCSP)

Competitive sealed proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Pleasanton Independent School District (PISD) for the 2015 Bond program including new 1200 student elementary school, renovations to the High School, Junior School, Intermediate School and a new High School Ag Barn and 8 classroom addition to the Primary school. Additional work includes MEP and interior renovations, site improvements and technology infrastructure. Estimated construction budget is $53,500,000.00. One contractor will be selected for the execution of this project.

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2015, at the PISD Central Office board room, 831 Stadium Drive, Pleasanton, Texas 78064.

All proposals shall be delivered to the PISD Central Office, Attn: Dr. Matthew Mann

Qualifications & Costs Submittal: Qualifications & Costs Submittal shall be delivered prior to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.

A copy of the RFCSP may be obtained from LPA, Inc. after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 upon deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) (Check or Money Order payable LPA, Inc.). The deposit will be refunded to those returning the RFCSP in good condition to the offices of LPA within seven (7) days after the interview date. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL OIL & GAS WASTE DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT IN A NON-PRODUCTIVE ZONE

Longbranch Energy, L.P., P.O. Box 716, Center, TX 75935 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil and gas.

The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Edwards Formation, Atascosa Waterhouse, Well #1. The proposed disposal well is located 0.5 miles East of Campbellton, TX in the Eagleville (Eagle Ford – 1) Field in Atascosa County. The waste water will be injected into the subsurface depth interval from 10,350 to 11,000 feet.

Legal Authority: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resource Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
