PUBLIC AUCTION

Pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Property Code, Pleasanton Mini Storage, located at 1215 Encino Dr., Pleasanton, TX, will hold a public silent auction of property being sold to satisfy landlord’s lien. Sale will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 29, 2014.

Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Deposit for removal and cleanup may be required. Seller reserves the right to not accept any bid and withdraw property from sale. Property in each unit will be sold by unit.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TEXAS, AMENDING TITLE V, CHAPTER 50, UTILITIES IN GENERAL FOR UTILITY CHARGES AND ASSOCIATED FEES, REPEALING PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

Utility rate adjustments will be made on domestic water services. Yard service line leaks between City water meter and residential, commercial, or industrial structure will be adjusted through wastewater portion of utility bill(s). Adjustments will only be made after verification of leak repair during repair process. City personnel will perform verification.

NOTICE OF ESTRAY

Notice is hereby given that the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office has in its possession a black angus bull. The bull has no brands or markings. Animal was found on Ridgeway Road at the Atascosa and Wilson county line. The bull may be seen at the Atascosa Livestock Exchange in Pleasanton, Texas. The owner must show proof of ownership to claim the animal and if it is still unclaimed after 14 days from the first publication of this legal notice, they will be sold at auction.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT IN A NON PRODUCTIVE FORMATION

Marathon Oil EF LLC, 5253 Prue Road, San Antonio, Texas 78249 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Georgetown/Edwards/ Glen Rose Limestone, 74 Ranch North SWD Lease, Well Number 1. The proposed disposal well is located 5.67 miles Southwest of Campbellton, TX in the Eagleville (Eagle Ford-1) Field, in Atascosa County. Fluid waste will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 10,300 to 11,500 feet.

LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
